Arts2Art then brought together a team of skilled filmmakers, writers, and actors to translate the research into compelling short films. Each film was carefully crafted to explore different facets of the diabetes experience, including diagnosis, daily management, and the potential long-term impact on individuals and their families. The narratives were designed to be emotionally engaging while conveying essential information about the importance of early detection, lifestyle changes, and ongoing medical care.
Upon completion, Arts2Art premiered the short films at a special event organized in collaboration with the Saudi Diabetes Society. The event brought together healthcare professionals, policymakers, influencers, and members of the public to witness the unveiling of these powerful narratives. The films were subsequently shared through various media channels, including social media platforms, television, and community screenings.
